Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically through humaneast.com, whose features and sales prices are specified on the website.
This Agreement is subject to Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts.


Article 3 – Product Information

The name, type, quantity, color, model, brand, sales price (including taxes), shipping cost, and payment method of the ordered product(s) are clearly stated in the Pre-Information Form presented to the Buyer prior to placing the order.


Article 4 – Delivery Conditions

Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer via the contracted courier company within 1–3 business days after payment approval.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city or region.
If the product is out of stock or the delivery period is extended, the Seller will inform the Buyer via e-mail.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.


Article 5 – Payment Terms

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods offered on the website.
When the Buyer submits the order, payment of the full amount constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
The Seller does not store any card or account information used during payment.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send written notice to info@humaneast.com within this period.
After notification, the product must be returned to the Seller’s address together with the original invoice.
The product price will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and approved in accordance with return conditions, using the same payment method.


Article 7 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

  • Food products whose packaging has been opened after delivery,
  • Products that may perish or expire rapidly,
  • Products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Accordingly, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once the packaging of Humaneast-branded coffee products has been opened.


Article 8 – Returns and Shipping Fees

In returns made under the right of withdrawal, if the product is not defective, the return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.


Article 9 – Warranty and Liability

Since the products sold are food items, they are not covered by warranty except for manufacturing defects.
Any deterioration resulting from improper storage or use is the responsibility of the Buyer.


Article 10 – Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data provided by the Buyer are processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order, providing customer support, and meeting legal obligations.
Details regarding data protection are outlined in the Privacy Policy and Personal Data (GDPR) Notice published on humaneast.com.


Article 11 – Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, fire, earthquakes, epidemics, and interruptions in communication or transportation networks that are beyond the parties’ control are considered force majeure events.
In such cases, neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations.


Article 12 – Dispute Resolution

For any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction took place shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.


Article 13 – Effectiveness

By placing an order on humaneast.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is executed electronically and enters into force upon the Buyer’s confirmation of the order.

Annex – Reference to Pre-Information Form

This Agreement constitutes an integral part of the Humaneast Pre-Information Form.
By completing a purchase on humaneast.com, the consumer is deemed to have electronically accepted both this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form.
