SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping and Delivery Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Deliveries are made via our contracted domestic and international courier partners.

  • Domestic shipments (within Türkiye): typically delivered within 1–5 business days.
  • International shipments: delivery time varies depending on the destination country, usually within 5–10 business days.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary based on the order total, delivery address, and current promotions.
For international orders, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected delivery method.

3. Order Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS notification containing your tracking number.
You can easily track your parcel’s status and delivery progress through the courier’s website using this tracking number.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please check your package carefully in the presence of the delivery courier.
If you notice any damage, missing, or incorrect items, do not accept the package.
Ask the courier to record the issue in an official damage report (tutanak) and immediately contact us at info@humaneast.com.

In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502) and Distance Sales Regulation Article 17, the seller is responsible for any loss or damage to goods until they are delivered to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
Therefore, completing a damage report is essential for resolving such cases promptly.

5. International Shipments

For international deliveries, Humaneast works with reliable logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent carriers.
Customs procedures, local import laws, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient in the destination country.
