2. Main Characteristics of the Product(s)
The name, type, quantity, brand/model, tasting notes, and other main features of the products to be purchased are clearly stated on the relevant product page.
3. Total Price, Taxes and Additional Costs
The sales price of the product(s), including all applicable taxes, and—if any—shipping or packaging fees and other additional charges are displayed on the checkout page.
The consumer can view the total amount payable before confirming the order.
4. Delivery and Carrier
Orders are dispatched via contracted courier companies within 1–3 business days following payment approval.
Delivery times may vary depending on the buyer’s location.
Tracking information is shared by e-mail once the order is shipped.
5. Payment Methods
Payment can be made securely by credit/debit card or by other available methods listed on the website.
Installment options are subject to the bank’s own campaigns or promotions.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to info@humaneast.com.
Exceptions:
- Food products whose packaging has been opened after delivery,
- Products that are perishable or have a risk of expiring soon,
cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused items.
7. Withdrawal Procedure and Return Process
After the withdrawal notice is submitted, the product must be returned with its invoice to the specified address.
If the product is not defective, the return shipping cost belongs to the consumer.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
All complaints and requests can be sent to info@humaneast.com.
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the consumer’s place of residence or where the transaction took place shall have jurisdiction.
9. Retention of Contract and Information
This Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are stored electronically and may be provided to the consumer upon request via e-mail.
10. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Humaneast Privacy Policy, for the purposes of order management, support services, and service quality improvement.
Cookies are used solely to enhance the browsing and shopping experience on humaneast.com.
When completing a purchase on humaneast.com, the consumer acknowledges that they have read and confirmed this Pre-Information Form electronically, agree to all its terms, and undertake to pay the order amount in accordance with these conditions.
