Payment data are processed through Shopify Payments, iyzico, or Stripe and are not stored by Humaneast.
Technical and administrative measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of data.

6. Data Sharing

Personal data may only be shared under the following conditions:

  • With courier companies, for delivery operations
  • With payment service providers, for secure payment processing
  • With authorized public institutions, when required by law

Customer data are retained for 10 years in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law.
After this period, data are securely anonymized or permanently deleted.
